SpireX Foundation is an independent educational and technology initiative that runs online internships, project-based learning and mentorship for students. This policy applies to www.spirexfoundation.in.
Certificate records
When a certificate is issued, we keep a record containing the certificate holder’s name, program, cohort, dates, status, issuer and certificate type. Anyone who has a Certificate ID can look up that record on our verification page. This is how employers and colleges confirm that a certificate is genuine. Individual verification results are not indexed by search engines.
Applications and enquiries
If you apply for an internship or contact us, we use the details you provide (such as your name, email address and background) only to respond to you, run the program and issue certificates.
Skill-Path Architect
If you use the Skill-Path Architect on the Internships page, the career interests and skill level you type are sent to a third-party AI service to generate your learning roadmap. Please do not enter personal or sensitive information in that tool.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to host the website and store certificate records, and we may disclose information if required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or ask a question about this policy, by emailing contact.spirexfoundation@gmail.com. Some certificate records may need to be kept so that issued certificates can continue to be verified.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.
